Our shipping times are as follows:
- For any order placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm, the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 1pm, the order will be shipped the next day.
- For any order placed from Friday after 1pm to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the next business day.
Deliveries in metropolitan France are handled by the Colissimo service followed by La Poste, the following delivery times (after dispatch) are given for information only:Metropolitan France: 48 working hours
Delivery outside Metropolitan France is made by Colissimo suivi. All deliveries in the French overseas departments and territories and abroad are systematically treated as "international deliveries" according to the postal rates in force on the day the order is placed. Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Client's responsibility to check the amount with his local customs office. Shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer and vary according to the place of destination
The goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products. Always check your package on arrival. If the package is defective, you must refuse it to the postman and explain the reasons.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
The packages are oversized and protected.
Return
The Consumer Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order (date appearing on the tracking notice), which will be refunded against return in the same condition as the Product. To this end, the Customer returns the Product with the withdrawal form available online on the Site.
The Customer must return the new Product in its original condition and packaging. The Product returned without its original or incomplete packaging, damaged, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be taken back by BIOTIC PHOCEA. The return is made at the expense, risk and peril of the Customer.
BIOTIC PHOCEA will refund the Customer the price of the returned Product as well as the delivery costs (the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer) within 14 days
